Resveratrol side effects?
Whatever oral intake you make, may it be medicine or supplements, there is always a tendency to experience side effects. Side effects do not necessarily mean negative things. It could be positive as well.
As I can be considered a veteran in taking detox supplements and weight loss products, I have already experience all kinds of side effects. Some were excruciatingly painful that I sometimes wonder if they were worth the effort. Others were just a breeze though. Depending on your pain threshold or tolerance, negative side effects can be bearable or downright torture.
So what are the common Resveratrol side effects? As this is an anti-oxidant or detoxifying anti-ageing supplement, it means that it has the capabilities of flushing out the toxins from our bodies. Most of the side effects are focused in our stomach area or digestive system and this include but not limited to:
1. Loose Bowel Movement/diarrhea/stomach cramps
Our digestive system is always the first to go as our body cleanses our system by flushing out the toxins. This is all the more frequent with poor quality Resveratrol. With Adora Resveratrol, you can be assured of the quality of the product that you are taking plus you are guaranteed that only “toxins” will be removed from your system.
2. Decreased or no appetite
This is quite good as temporary fix or if you want to go on a crash diet so you would fit the dress you have to wear for the wedding this weekend. However, keeping your hunger pangs at bay for a longer period of time may have adverse side effects on you. Looking starved or gaunt will only make you look older, not younger.
3. Skin patches or allergies
Usually on the legs. It is common to people who are prone to allergies. Resveratrol is not good for people who are extremely allergic to a lot of products including alcoholic beverages like wine.
4. Indigestion or heart burn
Some people reported to have experienced indigestion or severe burning sensation similar to heart burns during the first few times they have taken this product.
5. Palpitation
There were also few instances when people experienced heart palpitations. This is quite normal for people who are not fond of drinking coffee or beverages like wine or tea.
These are just some of the side effects often associated with Resveratrol. There could be other side effects that have not been documented yet. The side effects listed here are not backed by in depth scientific research but more from surveys conducted to people who have taken the product.
For me, the side effects from Resveratrol are inconsequential as it helps me to prolong my ageing process. Being in your thirties in the company of a bevy of young people who have just gotten out of college is no fun because you would always be compared to them. Thanks to Adora Resveratrol, I could easily pass as ten years younger than my actual age. In fact, I actually look even younger than some of my counterparts who are way younger than I am.
Do you know that taking fake Resveratrol products may cause more harm than good? That’s why it is important to only buy the products from authorized websites such as: http://www.slimming.com/adora-resveratrol.html. Not only do I get the assurance that I’m getting the real stuff, I also get to enjoy the free products that usually come with buying from them.
